Rohn wants to remove the two senators per state rule, and replace it with senator elections every four years, between Presidential elections, with a new Senatorial District Map spreading the 100 senators evenly across the country based on population.

Why?

As it stands, the Senate does not fairly represent the American people by population. For example, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Kansas combined have 20% of California’s population, but 10x the representation in the Senate.
